22nd Annual Miss Redskin/Miss BCHS Pageant

Dear Redskin families, The Georgia Parent Survey contains 24 questions which will be used as part of the calculation of the School Climate Star Rating which is reflected in the school CCRPI score. Parents PLEASE complete the survey using your personal computer, smartphones or tablet. All parents are encouraged to participate in the Georgia Parent Survey because the data will be used as part of the calculation of the School Climate Star Rating for Bryan County High School. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. BCHS Junior-Senior Prom will be on April 15, 2017 at the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum in Pooler, GA.

The Spanish Honor Society students are collecting donated clothes for our community. We need all types of clothes, but especially coats and winter items. Please drop off your donations at the school to Mr. Czerwinski. Gracias.

2nd Semester Boys Basketball Tryouts - Any eligible male athlete may participate in the tryout.

Change in times for basketball games Saturday. JV girls play at 3:30, Varsity girls play at 5:00, Varsity boys play at 6:30.

Join us tonight as the Redskins take to the hardwood against Claxton. JV game begins at 4:00pm, Varsity to follow at 6:00pm-------location is Claxton High School Gymnasium.

Student Council is sponsoring a Canned Food Drive. Bring canned food items to your first block through December 15. Proceeds will benefit area needy families.

Junior Class Ring Delivery, December 2nd, 8:30am in the cafeteria. Senior Order Day #3, December 2nd, 7:45-8:15am in the cafeteria

Attention Sophomores! MOWR information night is December 14th at 6:00 in the cafeteria. Savannah Tech will be doing a welding demonstration. Georgia Student Finance Commission representative will be there as well.

Grad Bash $50 deposit is due December 9, 2016. Paperwork packets can be picked up from Mrs. Crawford in room 202.

Daddy Daughter Dance November 18, 7 - 9 pm in the BCHS gym. Tickets: $30 in advance/$40 at the door. Each additional daughter is $10. Dress code is dress for ladies, shirt and tie for men.

Junior Class Informational Night and Move on When Ready Presentation will be held on November 17, 2016 at 6:00 pm in the BCHS Cafeteria. All Juniors and parents are invited.

Fall Sports Banquet @ 5:30 pm in the BCHS cafeteria. Football, cheerleaders, softball, cross country. Tickets are $5. Athletes do not pay.

BCHS Beta & National Honor Society Clubs will be meeting November 29th at 3:15 pm in room 202. We will be discussing officers & setting events for the year. Deadline for dues is November 16, 2016.

BCHS Girls Basketball is selling Krispy Kreme doughnut certificates for $10 each. Please see a girls basketball player to purchase one.

Gym doors will open 11/10/16 at 8:30 am. Veteran's Day Program will begin at 9:00 am.
